Free for orders over $58.00.

For orders under $58.00, a $5.80 shipping fee applies.


Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
$5.00 for orders over $58.00.

$8.80 for orders under $58.00.



RETURNS


1. FIRST PURCHASE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE


Eligibility: Our money back guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of a single full-sized product. Please note that this offer does not apply to repeat orders, bulk orders, subscriptions, or purchases of sample packs.

Claim Period: Please get in touch with our dedicated Customer Service team within 30 days from your purchase date to initiate a refund request.

Return: To qualify for a refund, we kindly ask you to return any unused portion of the product in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Proof of Purchase: To streamline the process, we request a proof of purchase to be provided when applying for the money back guarantee.

Processing: Once we receive the returned product, our team will assess the claim. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original form of payment.

Consideration of Claims: As part of maintaining a fair system, we reserve the right to review all refund claims on a case-by-case basis. This is to ensure we can continue providing this beneficial offer to all our genuine customers, and preserve the integrity of our guarantee.



2. OTHER RETURNS


We want you to be delighted with your purchase from us, but we understand that sometimes things can go wrong during delivery. If your item/s arrives damaged, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@thebestofmoi.com so we can help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It would be very helpful if you could send us a photo of your item/s and/or delivery package to show us the extent of the damage. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.



3. PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING


Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@thebestofmoi.com to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at hello@thebestofmoi.com to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.

We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.



4. CHANGES TO THIS RETURNS POLICY


Subject always to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
